HANNAH HALBHEER

Hannah has lived in Cape Town for six months. While working for a local auction house and writing her master thesis on the emergence of the Contemporary African Art Market, she fell in love with the city and its rich cultural landscape. She takes every chance to return – and enjoys sharing her passion for the local scene with others.

She develops projects that connect artists, collectors and institutions across different contexts. Her work is shaped by a deep interest in creating meaningful access to art and bringing people together through unforgettable experiences.

VALENTINA FRUTIG

Driven by a passion for contemporary art and meaningful cultural experiences, Valentina founded Art Affairs to connect people with artists, exhibitions, and the stories behind them. Drawn to artistic practices emerging from diverse cultural contexts, she creates opportunities to encounter perspectives that are often underrepresented in the global art world.

She believes that some of the most memorable collecting journeys begin at fairs where curiosity leads the way, conversations are unhurried, and tomorrow's leading artists are discovered long before they become household names.
